Choctaw Casinos & Resorts Brand Campaign
Choctaw Casinos & Resorts consists of eight primary locations throughout South Eastern Oklahoma. Like many local gaming establishments, they faced negative brand perception as a casino for older slot players. In 2017, we launched a new brand campaign focused on portraying them as the high-energy gaming and entertainment destination that they are.
Evolving The Social Strategy
Choctaw's eight different locations were operating like eight different organizations on social media. In 2017, we developed and implemented a system-wide social strategy to align the communication and brand of all locations across social media. Our strategy called for a fewer, bigger, better approach. Fewer posts, so we can focus on bigger creative ideas, which lead to better results for the brand.
